Hotel per famiglie a Mərdəkan

“We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...

“Camere ok, acqua calda inesistente. Tende non oscuranti ( entra luce fin dalle prime ore del mattino). Gestione dello staff pessima. Nessun aiuto per noleggio auto, tour etc. La cosa più grave è che mi sono lamentato per 2 volte che lo scarico non funzionava e non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla per risolverlo ( cosa che mi era stata garantita). Doccia sempre fredda e non hanno fatto nulla. Al check out un signore senza cravatta mi ha detto che sarebbe stato meglio per il futuro chiedere un...

“Beautiful hotel in the old quarter. Everyone is very friendly. Great location easy to walk to central Baku, Caspian and great spot in the Old Quarter ”

“Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!”
