Hotel vicino a Mt. Carmel Baptist Church - Norfolk

“The room was clean. The staff in the front was wonderful. It is in a convenient location. The only complaint that I have is room service. I understand that checkout is at a certain time but knocking on the doors and even opening the door while we are still in the room repeatedly is excessive. I'd still recommend this hotel! Just make sure you're out of the room well before 11am. ”

“The staff were very friendly! The room was very clean and I loved the courtyard. I emjoyed walking on the beaxh each day during my stay. I also enjoyed the fabulous public library just a block away.”

“In today’s world something is always laking due to shortages but not here staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Would do again”

“Room was perfect! Staff was great! Only issue we went down for breakfast paid. To only be given 10 mins to get food because they were ending soon. Staff didn’t advise us. Other than that great. ”

“Large room with plenty of space, even with the sofa bed pulled out. Parking lot was well maintained. There was a nice sized *clean* area to walk dogs with bags and a disposal. The smokers' station was covered, though not protected from the wind (hazard of being a smoker). Not the most comfortable bed, but the other guests in the party didn't mind them at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my better stays in Norfolk.”
