Hotel vicino a Mud Bay Yacht Club - Surrey

“Read the fine print, there was an extra charge for parking that was almost $100 extra for our 3 nights stay and no microwave (we travel a lot and have not experienced this before so I didn't check). Also, the underground parking is limited and has a 6'6" maximum. Some of the stalls are incredibly tight. We have a minivan and I had to get out before we parked because the door would not open enough in our space. Street parking is $5/hr. Also, the hotel was under renovation so we had to walk...

“The room was clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast is the same food everyday at least they need to have two different food not only one food everyday so the management should work on it, and the parking lots were also clean ”

“Loads of construction happening around the property, so access felt a bit challenging the first time arriving. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean, bathroom was ok. The bathtub was old and looked dirty. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast, but lots of others did and seemed to be enjoying. ”

“The place looks abandoned, and over the phone they pushed to we sent the money ahead, at the end 5 ladies decided to don’t stay because of the horrible conditions of the place and they don’t return the money, the way they talks over the phone was so persuasive and don’t even feel embarrassed to ask to we pray for them , the y are scammers ”

“The property itself and the location is what would keep me coming back. They offer the bear minimum, so come prepared to take additional pillows, and towels. The kitchen and utensils again the very basic. Take as much with you for your own comfort. No proper cutting knife, no can opener to highlight a few essentials. Inspite knowing the number of guests, they did not provide for the full number they stuck to four of each. Inside the property wasn't properly cleaned, especially the bathroom.”

“The absolute basic of basic. You get a bed and towels and ONE roll of toilet paper in your room. No hair dryer or any other items. Beds are very firm. It is located in a convenient and quiet area. ”
