“温泉とレストランは”シャングリラ館”にあるので、”クリスタル館”の端の方の部屋だとかなり歩きます。でも、部屋からは阿寒湖が見えて快適な滞在でした。天候に恵まれず、曇りで気温が23℃程度だったので、楽しみにしていた「天空ガーデンスパ」は肌寒くて早々に退散し残念でした。一方大浴場は露天風呂も含めて湯温が適切で素晴らしかったです。食事はバイキングで、レストランのキャパは大きく、混雑していましたが、メニューも豊富で満足しました。特に朝食の海鮮丼の”とろろ”が絶妙で、珍しくお代わりするほど堪能しました。”

“It's a very quiet part of the town but as breakfast is included. It made the stay more manageable. It is very near the cruise ships and the rooms were very comfortable. There's also a good selection of laundry and onsen facilities. Wouldn't mind staying here again. ”
