“I dont usually do negative reviews, but this hotels service was very poor. The hotel itself was lovely, very nice views, very relaxing and calm. HOWEVER! The hotel staff were cowboys. Did not know what is going on. All in their own world. We drive all the way from the UK and had our first stop at this hotel to rest. Our room aircon was making a very strange but loud noise every 10 seconds! (I have a video for evidence). We complained 4 times… 1 to Guest Relations via whatsapp, 3 times in person....

“This was an exceptional hotel. Everything was so nice. You were able to walk barefoot from your room to the beach and restaurants. The yoga on the top of the hill is an amazing experience. The only issue was the spa. It was probably the most expensive massage I have ever have, and it was a horrible one. I wish they fixed it, but the rest was exceptional.”

“Sehr gute Lage, sehr nah am Zentrum und zum Meer. Das Essen war sehr gut, auch lokales Essen wurde angeboten und es war reichhaltig. Was nicht so gut war: leider keine duschwanne, das Wasser lief in das ganze Badezimmer und es gab keinen mop zum wischen. Toilettenspülung ging nicht. Poolhandtücher kosteten extra, was für mich Abzocke war. Auch der Safe im Zimmer kostete ca. 7 Euro pro Tag, viel zu teuer. Das Zimmer unterm Dach, mit Dachschräge viel zu klein, man stößt sich ständig den Kopf....
