“Self service hotel - everything worked, clean and tidy, nice area with bars, restaurants nearby, cool Restuarant on ground floor, rooms were big and clean. Self check in and out was easy, good value for money. ”

“I use to love this place. It was my go-to hotel whenever I needed to stay overnight in Louisville. The staff was very friendly the grounds are well kept and nice, it's nice an quiet and the "party guess" have been eliminated. The rooms are now starting to look ans smell old. It's time for some renovations. The ice machine was not working.”

“Upon entering, there was a noticeable foul smell. The tables were not clean, and we also found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Because of that, we ended up going out to buy disinfecting wipes, air freshener, and even a blanket so we felt comfortable enough to sleep. We honestly turned it into a “make it work” kind of night and still had a good time together, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t choose this location again. ”

“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean.
