Immersa in un paesaggio idilliaco fatto di prati e malghe, la casa offre ampio spazio e privacy per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax.

    La posizione nell'affascinante villaggio di montagna di Muhr – parte del Parco della Biosfera UNESCO del Lungau salisburghese – rende questa sistemazione il punto di partenza perfetto per escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e visite alle malghe in estate. In inverno, i comprensori sciistici di Katschberg e St. Margarethen sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti.

    La casa sorge su un terreno di circa 800 m², completamente recintato, ideale per famiglie con bambini e vacanze con il cane. L'ampio giardino invita al relax e al gioco.

Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Hier fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause. Uns haben vor allem die beiden Sitzplätze im Garten gefallen, so konnten wir unabhängig vom Wettergott den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Durch die Umzäunung war der Urlaub auch mit Hund ganz entspannt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir fühlten uns richtig willkommen.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis in een prachtige omgeving! Het is een mooi en goed afgewerkt huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook in de keuken ontbreekt niets. Het overdekte terras, waar we s'avonds heerlijk hebben gezeten, maakt het plaatje compleet. Ook onze hond kon lekker vrij lopen in de omheinde tuin. Dit huis is een prima uitgangspunt voor vele uitstapjes.

We had a very nice holiday in this house. It has a pleasant owner and lies in a beautiful and pittoresk valley. It s quite large (it has, for example, three larger bedrooms) and new, has a nice garden where you can sit and (our sons) play outside, and it has all the facilities you need. Mountain walks are easily made in the valley itself (smaller ones in the village of Muhr itself or larger ones more to the end of the valley to the origin of the Muhr or the Rotgüldensee) or in neighbouring villages in the Lungau region like St. Michael i.L (approx. 10 kms away). Several skilifts in these villages allow you to go up and make walks even higher in the mountains with very nice views. We also visited the Porsche museum in (quite touristic) Gmünde, which is also not that far away. Last but not least, various larger supermarkets are present in St. Michael in addition to a small one in Muhr itself, which is a 7 minute walk from the house, opens early and where you can also buy bread.
