“The facility is huge and impersonal. Many of the facilities were not open or unfinished. One night after we were in bed there was a hammering on our door and, honestly, a dozen police were there demanding to see our passports with no explanation why, as none spoke English. The beach is littered with plastic. Our deluxe room had no chair only a beanbag and there was no safe or option to store valuables. ”

“Very very beautiful hotel resort. Beach front hotel on the mountain. Very organized in systems to check in. Many stores and restaurants to eat. Nice and big pool.Clean, nice and spacious room with views..Very courteous and nice staff..”

“여행을 좀 많이다닌 편인 50대 부부입니다ㆍ3박을 하는동안 첫날은 청소때문에 체크인을 1시간늦추더니 들어가보니 휴지도 타올도없고 그다음날은 아예 청소가않되있었읍니다 제가영어라도좀 할줄알아서 요행히 직원을찾아가항의하여 청소는 했지만이렇게형편없는 관리시스템을 가진숙소는 처음입니다ㆍ심지어는 그엄청난 객실수를가진 숙소에 카운터직원도 3일동안 없었고 객실전화는 아예먹통이고ᆢ시내로가는 그어떤편의시설도 제곳되지않았으며ᆢ와 내생애 최악의 숙소였읍니다”
