“Suitable budget apartment with very local vibes. Near to a vibrant restaurant street, two large grocery stores and a wonderful lake. Tons of coffee shops around. I had the larger studio with big terrace on the 7th floor. I loved the view and natural light. Couch and coffee table suitable for working. AC worked great even on the hottest days. Great to have in-room washing machine. One-burner stove and kettle were sufficient. Unfortunately, few dishes or cooking stuff; I had to buy plates, pan,...

“The room was amazingly roomy. Everything was clean. I got there early and couldn't check in which is fair but their lobby consists of a front desk and a few chairs. No place to really relax or have a drink. There was a small balcony with a partial sea view. The beaches are clean but directly across the street from the hotel the beach entrance, about 50 yards in length before you reach the sand is strewn with trash. That was disappointing. I know if that were my hotel I'd make sure that area was...

"ottimo hotel molto vicino al centro, comodissimo. La reception è stata molto utile nel fornirci spiegazioni e suggerimenti , ottima accoglienza. Colazione buona . Piscina piccola ma utile per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate super calde di agosto!Abbiamo prenotato una camera quadrupla ma ci hanno dato due camere matrimoniali, il che ci è stato molto utile, avendo due ragazzi grandi, lo spazio e il bagno in più ci ha fatto comodo. Lo consiglierei!"

Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor

10/10 Eccellente

"We recently spent five nights at the Premier Residences Resort in Phu Quoc with our extended family—15 people in total, including four kids and four seniors. This resort was actually recommended to us by Expedia after our original villa booking got canceled, and honestly, it turned out to be a fantastic alternative. First off, let me just say: the pool area is unforgettable. It’s not just one pool, but a whole series of terraced pools on different levels stretching over 150 meters. There are waterslides for kids, and the depths vary from a shallow 20 centimeters for the little ones to about 1.7 meters for adults. At the end of the pool area, you step right onto a gorgeous beach, probably one of the nicest on the island. The resort itself is huge—maybe even a bit too big for my taste. I’m not the biggest fan of massive resorts, and seeing over a thousand people at breakfast can feel a little overwhelming. But to give credit where it’s due, the breakfast buffet is absolutely enormous. It's truly impressive. Now, on the flip side, I did find the lunch and dinner buffet a bit repetitive. Aside from that, I have to praise the staff: they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are just lovely—great showers and all the amenities you’d want. Overall, I'd definitely give it five stars and say it’s a beautiful resort. Just a little too big and a bit too touristy for my personal taste, but if that’s your vibe, you’ll love it"
