“Room - Great space for families. We loved the two bdr suite and option of kitchenette in our room. However, the hotel does not really accommodate for shorter hotel stays (3-5 days) instead of longer durations as many of their guests may do. There were no complimentary bottles of water in the room upon arrival/towels to wipe your hands. Be prepared to spend money at this property!!! Food was overpriced and expensive. I recommend that you leave the property to get beverages/food. Pool/lunch food...

“Hotel ubicato nella zona Hotelera e ad un passo dala fermata dell'autobus. Struttura piccola e molto pulita. Bellissimo il giardino con la piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia privata attrezzata. Il punto di forza è il personale, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Non è il solito resort chiassoso, ma una struttura per chi cerca la vera tranquillità.”

“The shower flooded day1, safe was unuseable, fridge froze our food, oven didn't work, sewer smell emitting from bathroom sink, no sheet change for 9 days, only 1 set of beach towels provided, room was very shabby and not updated. I have pictures. No secure place to leave our luggage while waiting for our taxi on our last day. My guest will be doing a review on Google and I will probably never use Expedia again without some explanation or compensation. We met other guests that were not happy...

“Staff in the resort get 5-stars. Fantastic experience with the friendly, always helpful , fun staff. Food was great as well and the grounds were beautiful . ”

Es necesario realizar un mantenimiento general a la propiedad, ya que el flujo de agua en la regadera es mínimo y un cristal está mal asegurado y podría caerse. También se percibe cierto deterioro en las instalaciones y un problema con hormigas. Asimismo, la comunicación previa a la llegada fue muy deficiente; la falta de respuesta sobre los datos de la reservación me causó mucha desconfianza e incertidumbre....

“tl;dr: bad experience w/unit & argumentative host, wouldn't book again at ANY price. Vacation travel 6-8 wks/yr, last 5 years often in Cancun. Complex’ days of glory long gone . No gym, beach full of sargassum. Not walkable to rest, shops, groceries. Unit size avg, access dicey: narrow/ winding staircase, difficult to carry standard size bags. Mentioned at check-in, host “your fault you didn’t see photo of beautiful[!] staircase,” ignored main point. Way below avg: TV, only 24” AND defective,...

“Posizione Top, è proprio sulla spiaggia ! Devo dire che abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e non è male , eravamo un po’ titubanti ma vi si può mangiare , hanno molta varietà . La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocchino è un po’ più di pulizia , ma visto il posto e la vista dalla stanza è passato tutto in secondo ordine .Anche il check in deve essere migliorato …. Se non hai Wi-Fi è un problema….e sono problemi che devono essere risolto prima da chi gestisce le stanze ”

“Casa stupenda, peccato aver fatto solo una notte (si trova a 20 minuti di Uber dall'aeroporto). Per il checkin ti mandano un codice su whatsapp, se non hai internet non ti preoccupare, chiedi il WiFi ai ragazzi gentilissimi della reception quando arrivi per scoprire il codice di accesso alla tua camera. Spazi comuni stupendi e pulitissimi (terrazzo al primo piano, rooftop, piscina, bagni in comune), appartamento nuovo e pulito, Wifi ottimo.”
