“My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂”

“Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR.”
