“The hotel is in a great location, its interior is very nice and clean. My critiques are that there wasn’t a useable desk space, they charged $35 for parking, and you have to sign up for their rewards program to use the WiFi. Otherwise a great stay! ”

“Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning.”

“Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. ”

“Tv kept cutting off, no picture. Sometimes wouldn't change the channel or slow down at least. Couldn't get into your vehicle when it was raining without getting your shoes and socks drenched. The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA...

“First room the gave me card didn't work and yet the door pushed right open, looked liked it had been kicked in prior. Second room floors were full of stains/ dirty and drains were full of hair.”

“Reasonable solution close to city center. Breakfast available quite early. Easy parking area in from of Hotel with extra pay”

“I love the Embassy Suites but the breakast could have been better. It's been better at other ES I have stayed at. ”

“Welcoming staff and nice location. But the property is very old and the rooms have a very upcycled, refurbished vibe. For a pricey hotel, I would have expected a bit nicer. Location is pretty, cool boardwalk with shops. But the noise from traffic, boats, and trains begins around 6 am and is impossible to sleep through. Valet only parking is also kind of cumbersome. Overall a decent stay. ”
