Welcome to Amaroo Waters

Relax with the whole family or close friends at this peaceful location, so easy to unwind and chill out around our family friendly in ground pool or just a short stroll to the Lake. Full amenities supplied with refrigerated cooling and heating or just take the courtesy bus to all the local clubs / pubs in the area.

This beautiful home comprises of 4 bedrooms , main bedroom is at the front of the home complete with ensuite and 3 other bedrooms at the rear of the home .

3 bedrooms fitted out with queen size beds and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds

Sleeps 8

The house has open plan living with kitchen and family room at the back of the home.

The house has refrigerated heating and cooling , for those nights a little cool or warm.

Outside there is a lovely entertaining area with BBQ facilities and sun lounges by the in ground pool or sit outside under cover for a relaxing drink or two.

The house is being renovated early December and will be freshly painted and carpeted for your comfort

Full amenities , courtesy bus to all the local clubs in the area

Unfortunately the pool was absolutely freezing, even though the weather was really hot for the week. Also we lost power for some of the day, host tried to charge us 500 for using a chopping board, carpet needing vacuumimg and accused us of having extra guests with a jetski - which we did not have at all. Stay was nice, but could have been better.

We were very satisfied with this well equiped well thought through property. You don’t need anything as all boxes are ticked. The family loves the fly screened entertaining area that kept the insects out and the refreshing pool. Kylie was great to deal with and I can’t express how well her attention to detail is we highly recommend this property won’t disappoint!

Our stay at Amaroo Waters was fantastic! Kylie was a pleasure to deal with and her attention to detail was great. There was fresh bread, eggs, milk & fruit available for us, as well as some pantry staples. Kylie even had beautiful Easter gifts for my two young daughters. The house is immaculate and beautifully styled. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We all slept so great. The pool was stunning and not too deep so was perfect for the kids. Great location in a quiet court and just a short drive to anywhere you need to go. We had a fantastic stay and hope to be back again soon!!

Kylie was an amazing host! The house was immaculate! Kylie left fresh bread, milk and plenty of fresh fruit for us when we arrived. Everything was thought of and just the extra details did not go un noticed! We will definitely return! Thank you
