“I had an accident while showering. I fell off from the bath tub and ended up outside. Thank god I didn’t hit my head but I did hurt one of my arms and butt. I went down and tell them and the guy only said “ I will let them know” he didn’t even ask if I was ok or not. And obviously did not apologized. The next day while checking out I asked for a copy of the report and they gave me the wrong one. I need someone to take this seriously because if I would’ve hit my head I could’ve been a different...

“Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!”

“Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface...
