“2nd summer in a row at this property in Ft Recovery. I would recommend this to anyone with families and kids. Our family had about 20 people here and it was wonderful from the pool to the barn and the park right next door.”

“We came in for a concert at the Ruoff center and were so glad to have found this fabulous house. It is an easy and safe walk to and from the venue. The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have spent more time in the house but it was a quick trip for us.”

“We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Stay was great. Served our purpose for a place to sleep , relax and cook. No issues other than, hot water heater couldn't hold up to back to back showers. Also, extra trash bags need to be provided.”

“After you park you enter a little Oasis right in town. This place is stunning! Beds and couches are comfortable! Listening to the tiny waterfall in this wonderful backyard setting is a must! Landscape is immaculate. You almost feel secluded like you are out in the woods, because of all the trees surrounding majority of the place. Best candle company(Warm Glow) shop 15 min drive.”
