“Breakfast was good”

“Parking was fine. To check in I had to call a phone number, tell an automated system my name and what I wanted then wait to see if my call was accepted, talk to the person who said they would be right there. Had to wait another 9 minutes for them to show up. Got to the room and the tv only had sound, no picture. Had to walk back to the desk to tell them and a man came and tried to fix it but had to swap it out for another tv. There is also no ice but after telling the man he brought us some in...

“Out of four days the only housekeeping done was towles brought in once. No little amenities like hair dryer, shampoos . Cigarette butts outside. Beds very loud and creaky. Can hear people through the walls. Couch was old and needed a bad shampooing. Check in was very easy and owner/ manager was good at messaging.”

“Room was very clean, modern, and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and staff were very polite. Had an issue with our tv remote and help arrived in less than 5 minutes. The complimentary breakfast included sausage, home fries, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice and more - very impressive and a great way to start our day. Used the pool prior to leaving and it was clean and 83 degrees with towels provided. Highly recommend.”

“Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again.”

“C'è stato un grosso malinteso nella fase di checkin, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata (per fortuna le luci erano accese e le tende aperte, altrimenti avremmo fatto irruzione in una camera occupata), e poi una camera la cui serratura non funzionava. Le camere non fumatori sono al piano superiore e non c'è ascensore. La colazione è molto scarna, tanto che siamo andati altrove a far colazione. Il parcheggio è ampio. ”

“The place was clean but my room location wasn’t that great. It was almost underground with no view of anything and the room was super small with very outdated furniture. The staff was nice.”

“I love the old fashion feel of this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast excellent. The pool was crystal clear and well maintained. The location was a bonus. Many places to walk to in the downtown setting. The hotel provides off street parking. What's not to like!”
