“L'hôtel est juste parfait! Le bâtiment est magnifique, Les chambres sont très confortables et d architectures coloniales. La literie est de très bonne qualité, les draps sont très doux! Nous n avons pas eu froid du tout. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (salade de fruits, oeufs, fromage, tomates, avocat, pain, beurre et confiture, tisanes, feuilles de coca et café). Room dirty (hairs found on the floor) and really too cold, we got a heater from reception but not enough to have a warm room.
Our room also dark due to the only window oriented to the inner part of the hotel.
Bathroom small with a tiny sink.
Slippers available but reused (like washed and repacked), mine had some hairs inside.
Wi-Fi too too slow and often disconnected.
Staff speaking English very badly and with no 4 star hotel...

"abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti. albergo molto carino e pulito. inizialmente abbiamo qualche disagio relativo alla temperatura dell’acqua e a quella della stanza, tempestivamente risolto dallo staff.
i ragazzi della reception sono anche riusciti ad organizzarci un tour per chivay con destinazione finale puno molto bello.
