We deeply regret that the services provided have not met your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have taken your suggestion very seriously and will discuss the check-in with the reception team. We have to be more effective here. Unfortunately we still have the registration law in Germany, you have to sign it on site. It keeps us all longer.
