Un capannone a 45 minuti dal centro, con taxi si spendono dai 45 ai 55€ col treno biglietto giornaliero costa 16 per due persone ma impieghi un’ora tra coincidenze e i venti minuti che ci vogliono dall’hotel alla Stazione. La camera nn ha ne l’aria condizionata ne il frigobar Vedete voi

Quarta volta qui..........ogni volta diciamo. è l'ultima ...ma alla fine lo si sceglie per logistica Assolutamente non all'altezza delle stelle che vanta I bagni andrebbero rimodernati e le stanze PURE Servizio colazione molto approssimativo. Non esiste un canale tv italiano (assurdo visto che di italiani ne girano) Camera Matrimoniale sempre con due piumoncini separati Dotazione bagno scarsissima Peccato :(

Personale reception e bar ok Colazione: non puliscono sedie e tavoli quando i clienti liberano il tavolo, quindi noi avremmo dovuto far colazione sulla tovaglietta con le briciole e le macchie altrui. Hotel non eccellente, non sporco ma occorre una ventata di rinfresco. In camera bagno da due stelle e camera senza frigo bar NE' cassaforte. Era la nostra seconda volta, non credo ci sarà la terza.

Non è a Monaco, per andare in fiera 10 minuti a piedi e 1,10 tra treno e metropolitana. Il ristorante era aperto un giorno su cinque ma il personale gentilissimo. Serve l'auto.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione tra Monaco e Dachau. la camera è confortevole e i letti comodi. Ottimi la colazione e il parcheggio privato gratuito. Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata nelle camere.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel und gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichbar. Das Zimmer (141) war großzügig, das Bad ebenfalls, nur war die Armatur der Badewanne recht wacklig. Als "Nachhaltigkeitsinitiative" wurde angeboten, dass im Zimmer nur der Abfall geleert würde bzw. evtl Handtücher ausgetauscht. Wir haben darauf verzichtet; Ich finde, ein 4-Sterne-Haus sollte grundsätzlich einen Zimmerservice bieten. Anderes klingt nach Euphemismus: schlicht kein Service... Und inkeiner Weisenachhaltig ist es, wenn die Handtücher täglich ausgetauscht werden, obwohl sie hängen... Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Guter Aufenthalt; mein Mann und ich waren zu einem Kurztripp nach München gereist und in Victors Residenz haben wir eine gute Unterkunft außerhalb gefunden. Die Residenz ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr reichlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder

Service und Höflichkeit schreibt man hier klein!!
Einfach nur unglaublich, es war 23h und wir sollten uns nach einem neuen Hotel umsehen. Überforderter Mitarbeiter konnte auf Grund eines "Systems-Updates" die Buchung nicht finden und lässt einen deshalb nicht einchecken. Obwohl man ihm die Buchungsbestätigung (!) zeigte, vorgeschlagen hat seinen Perso oder Bargeld an der Rezeption bis zum nächsten Morgen zu lassen, um es dann mit der Frühschicht zu klären, war keinerlei Bereitschaft für eine Lösung zu erkennen, sondern man wurde noch angeschnauzt! Service und Lösungsorietierung schreibt man hier leider ganz ganz klein.

The room was fine and the checkin was easy. It would improve the room if there were extra pillows provided. There is no air conditioning, and it was a very warm night. The fan was very dusty and dirty, and we didn't dare turn it on. that would make the stay more pleasant. However, otherwise, it was. a nice stay.

Generally good, but two unfortunate downsides.
Nice hotel, with two specific disappointments: The hotel was not fully booked, but I still got a room towards a very noisy construction site. Further, the fan in the bathroom had a unbelievable noise level - wrong-configured, obviously. Apart from these two items, service and standard was above average.
