Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. “The house was beautiful. Lots of windows and the patio was very private with hedges all around. The kids loved the playgrounds and the indoor pool. Didn’t like the idea of having to bring all our supplies including towels tea towels face cloths as took up room in our suitcases. Also had to make our own beds and strip them when leaving”
