“After power outage heating wouldn’t reset until an electrician came. Dishwasher didn’t operate after power outage, many Venetian blinds were broken and difficult to operate, no cloths provided to wipe surfaces and a bottle for washing machine liquid was empty. Insufficient coffee pods for a one week stay.”

“I think the photos are a bit deceiving. Front sliding door was broken. Bathroom was a laundry. Also no information on the listing about how dangerous and under construction the front entry route was (up 30 something steep steps) ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”
