“The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and smelled nice. The valet service team was awesome! We had a queen double bed room. The room was appointed well and was spacious. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, the bathroom was roomy and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated from the bathroom sink space. “OMG! Let’s just say whenever I’m in Houston I only want to stay there. The hotel and rooms were beautiful! When I say clean, I mean they were clean! The staff was chef’s kiss and so were the views. My next stay I would love to book a suite! Don’t think about booking here, just do it!!!”

“Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”

“Zona strategica in downtown, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'House of Blues. Camera ampia e confortevole, hotel molto pulito. La terrazza panoramica al 23esimo piano è spettacolare. Non ho usufruito del ristorante in loco né per la colazione né per la cena ma nei dintorni ci sono parecchi bar e ristoranti. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo, e un ringraziamento particolare va alla Signorina Xybelle e alla signorina che parla italiano della reception. Grazie per la vostra cordialità.”
