“Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂). “My daughter & I had a lovely stay! Comfy beds and clean room! Plenty of parking space! We didn’t have food as we were meeting my other daughter for a meal in Nottingham! Would definitely stay again!”

“What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area”

“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. “In camera non è stato fatto il letto per il minore. Alla reception ci è stato dato l'occorrente, per il secondo letto, " elegantemente" infilato in un sacco nero dell'immondizia. Il pavimento di tutta la hall e zona colazione è appiccicosa ( da quanti mesi non viene pulita decentemente?). Nel complesso, per una notte, va bene ma ci sarebbe tanto da lavorare...”

“La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. ”

“Staff at check in were not proactive which led me to returning to the front desk three times before accessing my room. The hotel is being renovated, so there is dust and barriers all over the place. There are no USB chargers in the room, or plug sockets near the bed, which is challenging for charging devices. The staff at the bar/restaurant were more interested in doing anything but serving. The swimming pool/changing room was grubby. All in all a very disapointing visit.”

“Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ”
