They were helpful in explaining the routine around checking in after hours and the information to enter the building was very clear, including the videos. “Very nice one night stay traveling through Rome. The air conditioning felt great as the end of May was real hot. Entry instructions were helpful as the room is tucked away from the street and noise inside a bigger builing. Shared kitchen/ sitting area had everything you needed... coffee/water, etc. Taxi stand close to property made it convenient to get to Navona”
