“The room had a moldy smell to it. The bathroom was dirty and very undated like the rest of the hotel. Bedding had stains and didn’t look like it was cleaned. Light switches were not properly installed and/or wiring was done wrong (rm 104- light switch on wall behind middle night stand, turned off table light next to the tv and also shut the tv down.) I was too afraid to eat the food at breakfast. Its just an overall bad hotel.”

“Overall, the hotel ground were well-kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful - one even gave us cake and wine glasses. The breakfast and the room it was served in were great and the location is easy to get to and central. A couple of issues which I brought to the attention of the front desk. The first was I thought I had reserved a room with two beds and a couch - the bed was double (I think) and a double pull-out couch. When I questioned the front desk, they said it was a common...

“The hotel is new and it was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the linens and bed were so comfortable. The hotel allows you access to amenities such as fitness center, pools, shops , spas, and restaurants but all are located in the actual casino. The path to get there and back is a bit confusing . Although lovely i would still prefer to stay in the Tower as everything is right there for you. The restaurant Salt is located on the 7th floor but has a dress code and prefers reservations”
