“The hotel and staff were nice. The room didnt have shampoo and conditioner, so that was unfortunate. The breakfast room was also very hot and the offerings were slim. Otherwise it was just one night and was a nice stay!”

“It was a beautiful, huge room with big fluffy towels and the jacuzzi was very nice. The jacuzzi had some rust in the lines, so when I ran the jets, it made some yucky orange bubbles, but I just wiped the sides, emptied it, and refilled it. That was all it needed. I highly recommend! I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice too.”

“Brandon was exceptional, helpful and friendly. Gave lots of ideas of places to go in the area and even stops to make in the way home. The rooms, however, need updating. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, Brandon cleaned out the ac unit so it was colder and the lamps could be changed out to have usb plugs on them.”

“Great location, staff were friendly. It's a tad run down and needs a deep clean. Also, the toilet was seeping, so the floor was buckling.”

“This is truly a hidden gem! I cannot say enough I much I enjoyed my stay! The room was a very nice size, clean, and safe. The hotel sits right on the beach, plenty of wandering space. Perfect sunsets and plenty of fire pits! 😊 AND the staff- 100% the most wonderful I have ever encountered. I just can’t get over how great my stay was. Will definitely be returning.”

“I’m real easy going, simple, and easy to please, but my stay here was less then subpar.. so much so I actually feel inclined to leave a review. Staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and uninterested in doing their job. We were traveling with toddlers and with a late arrival at 11PM just wanted to watch some TV in the room and take a warm bath after a whole day of traveling. Neither amenities worked. Went to watch a movie on our phone and the wifi was also useless. When I confronted the front...

“Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district.”

“The lady at the check-in was very nice and polite. The hotel is just a money maker. They put the least possible effort into cleaning the balcony that I paid extra to have was a slab of chipboard with sticking up nails full of spiders. I don't think it's ever been cleaned. Beach was filthy trash everywhere.”

“Cute and affordable. Got there after office was closed. Left instructions on the door. Only complaint was water was super hard. Could have used water softener (if an option) but other then that cute Lil place.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, but bathroom was dated and water pressure not great. Also some gouging along one wall was a little unsightly and in need of repair and the curtains although functional were stained in places. A very nice view of the Mackinaw Bridge and the beach area was nice for sitting and enjoying the view, but no access to actually swim. The pool, free breakfast, and general grounds were all nicely maintained.”
