“Breakfast menu was not good. Just your basic continental breakfast. They had no fruit. And the eggs were frozen pre packaged. ”

“We checked in with our reservation to the last room available. We dropped our stuff in the room that had an interesting odor only to head back out. Once we walked out of the room I realized the door doesn’t lock. Not only from the outside but the inside as well. We let the front desk know that we can’t stay in a room that does not lock we were told that it is their last room available and there will not be a maintenance person around for a few days because it’s Fourth of July weekend. “Most of the staff are asian exchange students who mean well, but don't know what they are doing or don't know the english language well enough to help you. Who ever is managing the staff is not around to answer their questions. The actual buildings and grounds are very nice.”

The staff from the front desk (when I had a question) to the delightful breakfast (prepared by the lovely Linda) were courteous and kind in true Southern style.
