“The room is clean, bed very comfortable, air conditioner works well. Only complain is check-in is very slow, no room available when checked in around 4pm, have to wait an hour to get a room.”

“Very well maintained. The desk can be extended into two, which are nice to have. Nice gym and pools. Tennis court is managed by third party and requires advance scheduling, and permission (tennis/soft-soled shoes only). Executive lounge is every convenient. It opens for breakfast M-F 6-10:30am, light dinner M-Th 5:30pm, and dessert M-Th 8:30pm. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant, which are convenient and reasonably priced. About 5 minutes walk to the mall.”

“Very nice hotel. We had plenty of room. They have a little laundry room onsite which was awesome. In a quiet area, just a short Uber ride to the train station. Breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay again if I come this way again.”

“We were given the ADA accessible room which we didn't need. We should have asked for a different room so some of our disappointment in the hotel was our fault. The bathroom had no lip for the shower so we had to stand in water at the sink after showering. Our room was never cleaned during our 2 night stay and we had used all of the towels trying to absorb the water at the sink.”

“The fact they didn’t have elevators mad it very hard for me due to my disability. No one helped me bring my bag up stairs when I was struggling to do so myself. Also the 50 dollar fee for the room just in case there is damage should have been mentioned when I was booking online. The fact I was only going to be in the room for 6 hour due to my late check in.I should have never been charged that fee. It was only me in the room no one was with me and all I did was shower, sleep and got ready to...
