"The person checking us in didn't give us our breakfast cards. I stated that I had paid for breakfast. He didn't review paying for parking. Not very helpful. The rooms were very clean, breakfast staff was fabulous! Overall, great stay."

"We were a little disappointed with the quality of the room, especially for $200. I checked in with a kiosk that couldn't find our reservation. Although the room was fairly clean, it just seemed run down, dark, and dingy. I've stayed in Baymonts before, and this just didn't measure up."
