“Arrivati alle 21.30 nessuno era presente al desk; suonato diverse volte il campanello ma dopo 5 minuti nessuno si presentava; decido quindi di chiamare al telefono l'hotel ( si fa ridere ) e mi risponde subito un ragazzo, al quale dico di essere al desk di fronte. Dopo due minuti arriva con tutta la calma del mondo e facciamo il checkin. Solo piu'tardi ho visto che aveva una ospite ...”

“Arrived and was given a room where the floor was a little damp. assumed they had just carpet cleaned. garbage in garbage can, dirty sheets, dirt and what looked like mold in the wall but thought i’d be okay. then we wake up to the floor SOAKED. like everything i brought drenched, floor seeped water where you stepped. had to got to the kiosk for help as there are no real people working. the man on the kiosk was very nice thought despite not speaking much english or quite understanding. switched...

“Clean and convenient location. Room was a good size (queen with wet bar). Curtains were NOT blackout. Lots of light comes through. Loose tiles in the bathroom and laundry room (maintenance needed). Laundry was convenient. Breakfast was nice!”

“Aside from a stain on one of the walls and the nearby carpet, the result of an apparent spill, the room was very nice. Staff was excellent. Very professional and expressed appreciation when I mentioned the stain.”

“The room and staff were amazing. The area and people hanging out in the parking lot was a bit sketchy. Close to gas stations and restaurants.”

“The lobby and breakfast area are clean and good first impression. The only thing i would suggest is windows clean the front wi dows. The staff was nice. The room was clean. We would stay again.”

“The inn was under renovation. Nothing was communicated about the incredible inconvenience. Work materials were all over the property, inside and out. Work trucks took up all handicap spaces, dumpsters took up valuable parking spaces. Workers would be outside the inn at night drinking and smoking. As an unaccompanied woman, I did not feel safe. No breakfast was available. There were stale bread slices and undrinkable coffee amidst the dusty shelf in the lobby where renovations were taking...
