“The condo is very nice, clean, and the view from the balcony is fantastic. It's unusual to find a one-bedroom unit with two full baths! The Wi-fi didn't work until we reconfigured some settings on our computers. The building's amenities are all nice. We didn't use the pools or whirlpool but appreciated the chairs on the deck and the outdoor shower for washing off sand when we came in from the beach.”

“We weren’t able to check in until late because housekeeping was still cleaning the room. Even after they left the room wasn’t “clean” fruit was rotting in a cabinet, food smashed on furniture, rugs and left under the beds. The clean linens in closets had food in them, the extra pillows were stained, and no sheets were left for the trundle bed. Vents were removed, and the shower head was broken off and draped over the wall extension. The living room TV remote was broken with no way to change the...

“We enjoyed our stay, and our host was very responsive to questions. My only negative was the size of the bathroom in the primary bedroom. Super tiny. Also, the HOA has installed locks on all the gates to the pool and to the beach. They are a bit difficult to operate. (The numbers are hard to read and the lever has to be pushed very hard). Unit was clean and the hosts supply quite a few “extras”.”

“A very good place for a short beach trip. Access to the beach was super easy, you are right there on the beach. It's not really clear in the pictures but the condo is right next to a pier that has very loud live music and karaoke. If that is what you want, this is a great place. If you are looking for some quiet and solitude, it could be a problem.”

“View was ok but less spectacular than implied by the listing. The property was dirty. Really needed a thorough deep cleaning. When we complained to the manager, he acted really irritated and Eve left the room. The sofa and live seat were dirty - even after the service came and shampooed them. ”

The extra amenities like the hats, bag, beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition touch. The view fromthe balcony was amazing and couldn’t have asked for easier access to the beach without being on the beach.”

“Very clean and upgraded.. One block to the beach and even with Bike Week, the neighborhood was quiet. Especially these days, safety has become a big concern of ours and this definitely passed the test. Everything was well stocked and the front porch was awesome! Only thing missing was a couple of hammocks out there and we probably would have never left the unit LOL. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits.
