Incantevole gated community 24 ore Beach House sulla famosa sabbia calda e soffice di Surfside Beach. La spiaggia dista solo un paio di minuti, quando tu e la tua famiglia portate il golf cart (incluso) al parcheggio privato sulla spiaggia (in realtà sulla spiaggia) per i residenti e gli ospiti del Oceanside Village. Questo arredamento spiaggia decorata con 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, 6 posti letto è perfetto per una famiglia, coppie o un gruppo di adulti in cerca di fuga. C'è una cucina completa con tutto ciò che è necessario tra cui un barbecue per fare ottimi pasti. I servizi sono numerosi tra cui una piscina per adulti, una piscina per bambini, una piscina coperta e un parco acquatico! Quando ritorni in spiaggia, puoi fare la doccia nella doccia esterna. Ogni mercoledì durante i mesi estivi c'è il gelato gratuito, il venerdì è un hot dog alla griglia e hamburger con patatine e una scelta di bevande in piscina. Ci sono attività per bambini sorvegliate tutto il giorno, e il martedì sera c'è un film nel centro della comunità. Boccie, tennis, pallacanestro, ferro di cavallo, shuffle board, campi di sottaceti, parco giochi per bambini, campo da baseball, impianto sportivo. Questa casa è fantastica per affitti a breve e lungo termine, tutto l'anno! Vieni a goderti la spiaggia, i ristoranti, il golf, gli outlet, o stai a casa. e goditi tutto ciò che è offerto dalla piccola fetta di paradiso che chiamiamo affettuosamente. The property was great! It was very clean and well kept. It had everything my family and I needed. It was close to the beach and the rest of the amenities in Oceanside Village. The owners were also super sweet. They were easy to communicate with, checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and they checked on us after we had an issue with our vehicle, they made sure we were ok.

Nice Little Place

Enjoyed our stay here. Just 2 adults and our fur baby. We spent a lot of time on the deck and having a golf cart to get to the pool and beach was great! Thank you!

Great location

2 blocks from the beach, easy walk or use the included golf cart. Cart was older and a bit rusty but worked. The house is an older single wide, a little small for us but for the price it was excellent.

Good but needs some updates

This place would have been 5 stars but some things need updated. It was very clean and cute. The house came with everything you need already so you would only need to buy food and such. It was a great safe location and loved that it came with its own golf cart. For the updates... there are some soft spots in the floor that needs repaired. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and was hard to close. The toilet could use a comfort upgrade as well. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable at all. Needs a better mattress or cover. It would be great if it was updated to a queen. The fan on the screened in porch does not put out any air because the blades were very short. The living room couches could use a update as well. Overall it is a cute place. We enjoyed our stay. It is an older singlewide but with a few updates it could easily be 5 stars. If you bring a dog be careful of the little sticky balls outside. I know this can not be avoided but we kept having to get them off our dogs feet FYI.

August 2024 trip

My family and I just returned from our stay at the playful pelican. The host thought of everything you could want or need during the stay and the personal touches were sweet. It was nice to be able to use the golf cart, the pools, basketball courts ect. The best part was being so close to the beach.There were bikes and beach things available if needed. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. We will definitely be back.

Proximity to beach was Ideal. Enjoyed evening meals in covered screened in porch with outdoor tv. Morning coffee on the two decks. Acesa to outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Highly recommend.

Overall, a great house

We recently stayed at this vacation rental house, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property was exactly as listed, with the added bonus of two beach carts complete with sand toys and boogie boards, which were a huge hit with our family. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We did encounter a minor issue with the grill, but the owner was responsive and fixed it right away. Additionally, he was very accommodating when we requested that my mother-in-law join us for the last two days of our stay. However, there was one aspect that detracted from our experience. The owner showed up at the property unannounced at least 4-5 times during our week-long stay to attend to various tasks around the house, such as changing a lightbulb, putting a screw in the porch, watering flowers, and bringing in the trash can. These visits were never prompted by us and seemed to be part of his personal to-do list. While we understand the importance of maintaining the property, we felt that these tasks could have been handled before or after our stay, rather than during. It was a bit uncomfortable having him randomly show up. In summary, the house itself was wonderful and met all our needs, but the frequent, unannounced visits from the owner were a bit intrusive. With a bit more consideration for guest privacy, this rental would be absolutely perfect.

Such a great place to stay! They even greeted us with a cute sign and treats for our little Oakley! Very clean and decorated so cute! They have truly thought of anything and everything we may need while on vacation!

First Snowbirding Experience!

Janet and Kevin were warm, welcoming, and friendly hosts. They were very responsive when issues, which were minor, arose. We felt safe in the unit and enjoyed our stay!

Good location

The location in the park and proximity to the beach was great. We appreciated the use of the golf cart and the bikes. There were many extras in the kitchen and the decor is very cute. The bathroom could use some attention as it's kind of worn (as expected with a rental that sees a great deal of use). Kevin was readily available for any questions and making sure everything was ok. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Disgusting Dirty Misleading Stay

We had to leave because the place was so dirty and disfunctional. Our daughter was planning to come but couldn’t because there aren’t three bedrooms only 2 tiny ones. Old bad mattresses in the row double beds. Went and purchased our own swiffer wet jet because the floors were so disgusting. This is a single wide trailer not a cottage in any stretch of your imagination. Two couches ancient and smelly - cabinets a mess and dishwear silverware knives rusted and dirty. Just a disgusting place. We left early but were told by the owner too bad VRBO would protect him and he wouldn’t have to refund anything. When we couldn’t cook in the grill because of filth he acted like he had no idea. Someone did deliver a new grill day before we told him we had to leave and couldn’t live there in the dirt. Dining room table seats couldn’t hold someone over 90 lbs. no chairs at all. Worst place we have ever rented. Absolutely the worst. Smelled disgusting

Perfect Fall Vacation

What a fun stay

Loved the location, house was small but neat and clean and worked for us just fine. Honestly, there is so much to do and see, we just got back to the house to sleep, than jump on the cart and head out for more adventures!!
