Dock Holiday is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath channel front home located in Murrells Inlet and within a short drive to the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and area beaches. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, a second-floor kitchenette, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four Roku TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and four queen-sized beds. Outdoor amenities include a furnished enclosed private swimming pool, hot tub, screened-in porch, covered deck, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, private floating dock, and gas grill. The owners will permit the use of the boat lift for an additional $150. South Carolina State Park Pass included with rental. Dog friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy details. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City.
