It is small but worked great for our family of 7! It is such a nice community! There is no longer a flat grill outside it is a charcoal one and the indoor pool was closed for renovations but that didn't stop us from having a fun time! Also having a golf cart to use was a HUGE plus and lots of fun! Would definitely go back!

Very comfortable and welcoming. Wheelchair accessible, loved the screen porch. Close to beach .

We loved our stay at the Elsie. We plan to go back next year. Love it was wheelchair accessible. There was 4 of us and plenty of room. Would recommend it. Short walk to beach, loved it being in a gated community.

Pleased with our stay

We stayed at this apartment-style condo in Myrtle Beach for a 3-day golf trip and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Check-in was super smooth with a simple door code—no keys to worry about. The place was spotless and ready for us on arrival. While we didn’t use the golf cart that was available, it was a nice bonus to have. The condo was close to plenty of great courses and just 20-30 minutes from some of the top ones in the area. Also a quick 20-minute ride from the airport. Would definitely stay here again for our next golf trip!

Fine for a few days

Outside is great, large parking area and even a front yard. We enjoyed the screened porch for breakfast most mornings. The communal space is very small, if we were doing more than sleeping/showering for the few days we were there it wouldn't have worked well for us. When we arrived there were about 4 plug in air fresheners going at max and it was REALLY overwhelming. Had to open the doors and turn the fan on to alleviate some of the smell. Also, missing some simple things like extra trash bags, cleaning supplies and dish soap.The location is fantastic (after you find the main gate, located on Melody lane not US-17)! We went to the pool and used the golf cart for sunrise trips to the beach. We were quite disappointed to not find the grill, only to learn on our last day that we needed to ask for access to it because the property binder was buried on a bottom shelf under coupon books and such.

Great place to stay

Perfect little cozy getaway

Love it. Big spacious bedrooms. And No stairs. Which is great for easy in and out. The owners are great with communication. I have stayed here mutliple times now and have never been disappointed.

Nice spot in Surfside

Nice place in Surfside. Perfect for the short stay on a college visit to Coastal Carolina. Great access to the beach. Owners very nice, helpful and the communication was great.

Comfortable 1st Floor Apt

I was looking for a looking for a one level house that was somewhat handicap accessible. This place was perfect for someone is a wheelchair. The property location was beautiful and we had access to the beach. Friendly homeowners everywhere in the gated community. Enjoyed our stay at the property and thank you for allowing us access to your golf cart. I only have one negative comment about the property. You may want to consider in purchasing new bed pillows and mattress pads. The pads were stained and the pillows were yellow and uncomfortable. Overall rating 4.8 for the rental property.

Wonderful stay

This was an awesome place to stay!!! We can down for the Jeep Jam and it had enough space so i could take the top of my jeep. Very nice area and neighborhood to be in, very quiet.

Great place for our crowd

This property was awesome. We had 7 of us and though the living area is "cozy" we all had plenty of room. The host was so easy to contact and the entire place was clean! Would definitely come back!

Wonderfully hidden!!

This place is wonderful! Completely shaded, so you can sit out at the picnic table or screened in porch without getting burned. Bedrooms are great size, with walk in closets. Bathrooms are good size. Hidden on the back of a cul-de-sac, so no worries of continuous traffic. Close enough to the beach you can stroll right on out. Handicap accessible if you're visiting with someone in a wheelchair. Doorways wide enough to fit in and out. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

Family vacation

Perfect for what we needed for our family of 7. We had plenty of room. We spent a lot of time outside, and the screened in room was good if you didn't want to be eaten by mosquitoes, but wanted to be part of the conversation. The beach was so close, and my grandon loved the splash pad.

Myrtle Beach Bike Week

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and both times have been magnificent. I absolutely look forward to staying here every time I visit Myrtle Beach and I definitely recommended it to my friends and family as well.

Wished it was warmer - Winter visit

It is a bit small for 6 people to be inside to eat/relax. In warmer weather there is lots of space on the porch & outside. Very beachy feel. It was our timing & winter storms (flooding) that hindered our experience - not the property. Would be a different experience in summer. Samantha was very responsive to questions/issues. Thanks!
