Welcome to Costa Azul Beach House, presented by GoGoVacayRentals.
This 2022 newly built luxurious beach house sits STEPS from water in the beautiful Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Spectacular ocean and inlet views await you at this two-story home with a built-in grill and a private fenced heated pool! This stunning property is conveniently located at the heart of the Seafood Capital of the World.
The first floor of the house has a large, open living area with a wall-mounted 55" ROKU HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table seats 10 guests, with four more seats available at the kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms in the first floor of the house. One bedroom has a king bed and has access to a full bath that is shared with the living area. The full bath has a tiled shower. The second bedroom has a full over full and a twin over twin bunk bed.
The second floor features a spacious primary suite that opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool and the inlet. This room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a very spacious luxury shower. Also on the second floor there are three other bedrooms with king beds. There are 2 additional full baths in the second floor. All bedrooms feature a wall-mounted 43" ROKU HDTV.
Everything on the house is new. The King bedrooms feature Nectar mattresses and new linens. There is also NEW bath/kitchen linens and kitchen accessories. We invite you to take advantage of our high-speed Wi-Fi for working remotely or learning virtually.
Enjoy the neighborhood amenities, walk to the beach, or find entertainment, dining, and shopping within walking distance of the house.

Great house- great location. Cleaning 👎
The house is beautiful and well stocked. The outdoor kitchen on the balcony is wonderful and we used it a lot! Great pool space and great location.
The cleaning was not great.
Hair on bathroom floors. There were used contact lenses in the sink of the master. Hair in showers.
We will definitely rebook. The house is that nice but we paid $450 for cleaning as part of the rental agreement and yet we had to clean the bathrooms when we arrived.

Great long weekend get awat
We had a girls weekend and enjoyed it very much. The location was close to the beach which was perfect to walk there. The pool was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had 11 adults, who are all very close friends! Our friend Gary has been battling cancer for several years and just received the good news we all have been praying for! He is now cancer free so of course, we had to celebrate!!!
This house was amazing and was perfect for our group!!! Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! We will be back!

Clean missing a few things. Would be nice to have handrail getting in and out of pool.
More towel racks in bathroom. More chairs around pool area.
Maybe some drapes or shades on back door and windows. Nice for brightness but when we sat to eat, sunshine in faces.

Great for family stay
The house was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with Jessica was very good with responses received within 30 minutes every time. Kitchen was great and had lots of different cooking tools. Pool was lovely and we enjoyed it quite a bit. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, though be aware that there are no sidewalks. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains or blinds in the kitchen and living room because the evening sun was quite bright. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future.
