Stay at our designer home just seconds from the beach! Newly constructed as of September 2023, we have been preparing this home for your vacation! The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 15 people and the bed types are as follows: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin, and a bunkroom consisting of a full over full bunk bed AND a twin over twin bunk bed. Both bunk beds have twin trundles.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a King bed. Huge walk in shower and free-standing soaker tub.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom connected to Twin room.
Bedroom 3: Twin bed with adjoining adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom connected to Queen room.

Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: Full over Full size Bunk with Twin Trundle. Twin over Twin Bunk with Twin Trundle. (Can sleep 8).
Full-size bathroom with shower is located in the hall between bedrooms #4 and #5.

We provide kitchen utensils, toilet paper, two rolls of paper towels, clean linens and towels, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon! The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. There is a propane grill at the home you are welcome to use. Refilling of the propane and cleaning of the grill is up to the guests.

A short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Shopping Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and more! Visit Brookgreen Gardens just minutes away in Murrells Inlet to view one of the world's largest collections of sculptures by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. A little further south is Pawley's Island, home of famous Rope Hammocks stores, followed by the gorgeous waterfront of Georgetown. No trip here is complete with eating at one of the many many waterfront restaurants at the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk (A quaint picturesque waterfront boardwalk that stretches over half a mile along the waterway and estuary and is lined with lively eateries offering nightly live music). Don't forget Huntington State Park, which is right next door. There, you can catch real live alligators in their natural habitat as you stroll along endless wooden walkways (don't worry; walkways are raised up and have railings to the gators can't get too close to you). Wild Water and Wheels is right down the street and provides the thrills of a full size water park and go carts.

We could go on and on, but just know, you will never run out of things to do in this amazing area!

RULES:
The person renting must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises. No parties or events allowed. The guests reserved are the only ones allowed on property unless given permission ahead of time. No more than 18 guests allowed in total.
