The fenced private heated pool (fees apply for heating) is the anchor of the outdoor experience. A fenced yard adds safety and privacy. Decks and balconies at multiple levels — including ocean-view decks on the upper floor — mean the outdoors is always accessible no matter where you are in the home. Outdoor furniture and evening lighting make the spaces just as inviting after dark. An outside shower is on hand for rinsing off after the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The full kitchen is outfitted with a stainless electric range, a built-in stainless microwave and wall oven tower, a stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a stainless dishwasher, and a pod-style countertop coffee maker. A kitchen island provides additional prep space and casual seating. The dining room and adjacent bar seating accommodate the full group comfortably.
