Jane’s Addiction, che prende il nome da nostra figlia, è un bellissimo condominio, situato all'ultimo piano di un complesso condominiale di 3 piani, situato a 2. 4 miglia a sud del molo di Garden City. Southpointe Villas è il complesso più a sud di Garden City prima di raggiungere il punto. È completamente recintato con accesso privato alla spiaggia e una piscina fronte oceano. Essere in una zona con case per lo più private significa non combattere mai una folla sulla spiaggia. Si trova a breve distanza a piedi dal famoso GulfStream Café e dal Marlin Quay Marina, e solo a breve distanza in auto o in bicicletta dal Garden City Pier.

L'unità è stata recentemente arredata e dipinta di fresco. Una caratteristica davvero unica è la doppia vista dal balcone. Hai una vista sull'oceano alla tua destra, e alla tua sinistra c'è Murrells Inlet e il bellissimo corso d'acqua. Puoi vedere Marsh Walk illuminata di notte. Sia il tramonto che l'alba visibili dal balcone sono mozzafiato.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. La seconda camera da letto presenta un letto matrimoniale e una doppia sopra un letto a castello pieno. Il divano letto si ripiega su un letto matrimoniale.

L'unità include Wi-Fi, 3 TV a schermo piatto, un lettore Blue-Ray (con funzionalità Wi-Fi) e un lettore DVD. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario ed è stata rinnovata nella primavera del 2017.
Griglie a carbone esterne sono disponibili per l'uso sul terreno.
Una lavanderia a gettoni è disponibile anche per gli ospiti.

The property was exactly as described. No issues what so ever. The beach is literally a 3 second walk and the location is perfect. Everything about this place rocked and there were 6 of us in there. Highly recommend!

You can't beat a gated oceanfront space with a pool. The units are very old, but that doesn't even matter - it's comfortable and familiar, and takes me back to the old days of staying here as a child with my family. This unit is well-represented online, but the extras that we didn't realize were a bonus. IE: You can see the ocean from the balcony, but the sunsets on the inlet were spectacular from the balcony as well (and from the sofa). Also, the closest public access is about 1/4 mile down the road, so our beach access was almost private. And having a washer/dryer was clutch, because we added 2 more nights to our stay. We didn't want to leave. Caleb was communicative and friendly, and we've already booked another stay for this weekend.

The condo was perfect for our quick little getaway! Perfect location - easy walk to the beach, the pool, and dinner at The Quay or Gulfstream Cafe. Clean, easy check in / check out, and well stocked. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family stay at Jane's Addiction. The location of the condo is ideal and just what we were looking for--a stone's throw to the beach and a pool for when we needed a break from the sand and waves. Stores, restaurants, shops all right around the corner but you feel like you are in a quiet beach neighborhood. Everything was clean and well kept. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The host went out of his way to check in on us and was very responsive when we had questions. We loved this condo and will consider renting it again in the future for our family of 6!

We have a really great long weekend at the beach staying at this condo. The condo is updated with all the furnishing we could have asked for. The best part was the location. This condo is in a really nice section of Murrell's Inlet, with mostly houses, so the beach had plenty of space and not busy at all. We also walked to one of the two restaurants which are within walking distance of the condo, and the food was great. As noted in the description, this is the most southerly condo complex, so everything south is houses, making is much less busy than anything up in Myrtle Beach area. The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We had a great family weekend enjoying this property!

We have family in Garden City and visit often. We will have no reservations about staying at Janes Addiction again. Located in a great complex of condos that are kept up, open and bright, and right on the quiet end of Garden City beach. The weather was surprisingly terrible during our stay, but we were comfortable and cozy even while stuck inside. I loved the view of the inlet, and it was great to get peeks of the ocean from our porch and when walking to the beach. I loved the washer and dryer, the king bed is very comfortable and our kids loved the bunks. I highly recommend this little gem of a condo and we will be back!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay over spring break! The location was great and beach access was so convenient. We really enjoyed how quiet the beach was. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so it was very easy to cook. Check in/check out was easy and communication was wonderful. We are so glad we made the choice to stay here and hope to be back! Thank you!

Everything went smoothly with check in/out and parking/gate access. The place was clean and as pictured and described. The location was perfect for us. Loved that we didn’t have to pack linens and towels. The place was already set with trash bags in place and paper towels and toilet paper on the rolls, which was lovely. We had 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 8. The unit is family friendly and the kids loved it there. Would definitely recommend.
