David, our host was great! He kept in contact with us and let us know if we needed anything to just shoot him a text. The house was especially clean and everything that is listed amenity wise is there. Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be staying there again.

Exceptional host communication!!

Our stay here was so nice with everything in the listing being accurate and representing the home well! Better lighting throughout the house would be helpful...there are very few lamps and the overhead lights don't get very bright at their brightest, but this is really the only thing I could say remotely negative, and that's just our opinions and personal preferences as a family. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful! Our family had a great time and enjoyed all the nice extras, especially using the kayaks and the screened in back porch. What a beautiful inlet!Thank you so much for a relaxing vacation!!!

1985 House stay

Overall house was very nice and comforable, with the exception of lack of lighting (lamps) within the house. Lighting that was there either light did not work or low wattage. grill needs to be replaced badly.. it is a fire hazard because the flame covers are not there and grease fire can easily start inside of grill. Also kitchen could be better supplied

Beautiful home and location

We had such a nice stay at David’s place and really appreciated how communicative he was. The rooms were nice, comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked with things we needed for cooking, everything was clean and loved the hot tub. Great for our friend getaway.

Perfect family gathering place.

Lots of fun indoors and out with great hang out spaces and things to do with the provided grill, kayaks, bikes, boat doc and great beach chairs. So close, an easy walk to the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable beds!! All ages were comfortable and loved the space. Smallish kitchen but well equipped and totally adequate. Bathrooms good and everything very clean!! Thank you, David, for your quick responses!!

The Trip

Great place to stay, a little out of the way but that can also be a good thing at times. Layout and amenities for the house is great. Few little things wrong but none that affected the stay and the owner immediately responded and stayed in contact with us. We were there for a golf trip and the house worked perfectly. I would imagine it would be an even better setup if you were there for a beach trip.
