“This place was so cute and comfortable! Tanner was very communicative and checked in on us to make sure we didn't have any issues checking in and had whatever we needed. 8-10 minute walk to the beach trail and many restaurants and shops are also a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Everything about this condo was great - the accommodations (beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we could need), the location (literally on the trolley line but everything was walking distance anyway), the hosts (super responsive, helpful and thoughtful). And of course there's the beach/ocean! Before going I noted how all the reviews were 10 out of 10. Now I understand why!”

“What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again.”

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful San Clemente Pier beach, and surrounded by an incredible selection of restaurants all within walking distance. “We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Great property! Clean, well equipped, comfortable! Great location and excellent view! Hosts were very communicative and responsive. No issues at all during our stay! We loved the beach equipment and toys, well equipped kitchen meant we didn’t eat out for every meal, and the dedicated parking was a nice perk!”

“We had the most amazing time staying at this awesome 3rd-floor penthouse! My two friends were in from Vegas, and I live locally in Costa Mesa. The penthouse was perfect—spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the Pacific. I slept in the living room on the surprisingly comfy Murphy bed, with the sliders open to hear the waves at night. “Location is amazing, driveway is extremely narrow”

“We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
