“ウェルカムドリンクサービスはいつでも利用出来て最高でした。コーヒー、ハーブティー、赤ワイン、白ワイまであり。ナッツの気配りもありがたい。温泉も気持ち良かったです。 中軽井沢ゴルフ倶楽部まで車で10分以内。 ちょっと残念だったのが、Restaurantはコース予約のみでアラカルトがありませんでした。”

“I would have to say I have mixed feelings about my stay. I'll start with the positives. The private baths that you can reserve were wonderful and easy to book. The staff were all very nice , especially the restaurant staff. The hotel is charming...but in places looking a bit dated. My room was very spacious and functional...however I did have one issue withe the small refrigerator in the room. Every 2 hour or so it would make a loud grinding sound which woke me up several times... I...

“The rooms booked were quiet and spacious. They were clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful as it was delivered directly to room and the food was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly and they could speak English. Hotel location is perfect which is only 5-7 min away from JR station by walk and 2 convenience stores are next to hotel. There is only 1 comment about the room setting: the bed is too close to the window and there is no heater near the window, so the cold air flows in the room...

“It is a very amazing property. When you walk in the lobby is a bit outdated. But once you get into the guest room. It is amazingly clean. The staffs are all super friendly and the owners are amazing and very accommodating! Top notch!! Will definitely stay again if given the chance.”

“全体的にキレイです。部屋は広くないですが、寝るだけなので問題なかったです。部屋に洗面所がなく、共用の風呂まで行って顔洗って歯を磨きましたが、近いのでそんなに手間ではなかったです。 とにかくスタッフの方が全員いい人でした。”
