“Matty at the front desk was so helpful with food recommendations and helping me to use Grab. Always smiling in the morning and greeting me when I got back in the evening. Danny who looks after the BUP Sky Cuisine was always greeting me with a smile and a Vietnamese Coffee. Wonderful team from doorman to the cleaner. Will be returning sooner than later. I hope!! “Staff are amazing, young and energetic! Also kind, friendly and eager to help - from Phuc Huy at front desk to Sunny in kitchen and GM Tracy. They are the main reason we go back. But location is great too - hidden in a quiet neighbourhood but steps (literally) to 24h bun Bo hue and coffee shops to first 1-star Michelin restaurant Anan. Communal kitchen and self serve laundry are clean and convenient.”

“Bellissimo hotel nel cuore di Ho Chi Minh, vicino alle principali attrazioni. La stanza era grande e ben arredata, dotata di tutti i confort incluso un mini frigo. Ottima la pulizia. Molto carina la piscina sul tetto con una bellissima visuale sulla città. Colazione poco varia per chi gradisce il dolce a colazione però sufficiente. Dalle 14.30 alle 16.30 servono anche del te. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre sorridente. ”

“Very charming little hotel with a nod to the past. To be fair, the room could use some TLC... fresh paint, for example. But the best reason to stay at this lovely hotel is the receptionist, Kim. She was extremely helpful for checking in flights, exchanging money and rebooking the room for a later stay. Her ability to speak English fluidly should be noted by other English speaking tourists. ”
