“I had the BEST SERVICE ever at this hotel. The moment you step in they have you wait in a lounge with a refreshment instead of waiting in a cue for your room. The rooms are beautiful, the service excellent, the food was so good-especially the breakfast buffet. Neil at the bar made me feel like a queen. I love every second of staying at this hotel. Excellence should be in their name. ”

“If you have a room above level 10 there is no elevator, so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs. There is no mention of this when booking. The staff are unhelpful to the extent of being rude. Booked for 3 nights stayed 1 night.”
