“Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Team are eager to assist. GM Mary Duong went above and beyond to assure we were taken care of. free fresh fruit were sent to room every day, thank you cake in the evening, even 2 free x 1 hour massage session. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of . Room was always clean and new linens everyday. Breakfast, lots of choices and delicious. The location was great. Opposite the market and we were able to walk to museum and the river. ”

“Hotel centralissimo. Purtroppo per disguidi di arreo, sono arrivata alle 8 di sera e ripartita alle 6 del giorno dopo. Per tre persone adulte ci hanno assegnato due camere comunicanti con salottino, due bagni, dotate di ogni facilities. Consigliatissimo. ”

“Wonderful location, and apartment with just 5-10m walking to historical sites yet tucked into residential pockets that don't feel quite as touristy. Check in was smooth (make sure to het the check in code before arriving) and Hannah and team were lovely. I cant say enough about the apartment. It is beautiful!”
