Only complaint: keypad on lobby entry door either not sensitive enough or too sensitive - lots of retry’s needed. On the other hand keypad on room door worked every time.”

“This is now my favorite hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. Location, rooms, easy valet service, restaurant etc.
One gripe though: curtains in the rooms are not blackout curtains. So in downtown the sheer drapes leave your room pretty bright. Bring a sleeping mask.”

Hotels just need to do away with carpet. The king bed was magical. The most comfortable king bed I ever slept on. Restaurant is next level amazing. Everyone was great. Hello to Carlos!
