“Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. “Great property, clean, excellent master bedroom, well equiped, brilliant location and in a peaceful spot, however the hot tub stopped working / went to standby mode and couldnt be used so felt like the one main reason we booked this property and couldnt use it.
