“Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.”

“There was much to be desired. The area of town was not a nice one. The construction was disruptive. The tub didn’t drain when I took a shower. Overall a pretty creepy experience and not worth the hefty price I paid for it.”

“I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

“The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. Regarding the staff and the room, I was very satisfied. However, I had a late flight in (checked in after midnight) and was expecting a restful night and to sleep in a bit. But about 4-5am-ish, a guest's dog began barking every few minutes until about 8am. I think it was the staff's responsibility to...

“That was the most worst place in cedar rapids that I have ever been in the room had stuff still on the floor there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling like it had leaked and it looked moldy and dirty and nasty there was a ring around the bathtub and then I go to go to the pool to go swimming get in the pool and it is freezing freezing cold even though it was really nice out but this water was so cold it's like somebody dropped ice cubes in there and there are bugs flies gnats and food in the pool...
