There was an issue with the smoke alarm in our room that the staff was very helpful with making right and following up on. The staff seemed genuinely happy to have us there and to help make our experience in Savannah a good one. “I was a little bummed this time around. I’ve stayed here every time I’ve come to Savannah. First time though in a 2 bedroom. Sad the windows faced the alley. My room was next to the elevator. Obviously meant lots of noise throughout the day and night. Walls very thin. I must’ve been near a business because I could hear people’s names being called for their order in my bedroom. Also could hear the trash cans/workers in the alley as early as 4am. Also upon first entry a large water bug ran across...
