“BUONA ACCOGLIENZA PROFFESSSIONALITA CORTESIA”

“Devo lamentare alcuni episodi disdicevoli: arrivo al desk e mi viene data la chiave della camera, arrivata in camera constato che non era stata pulita, protesto al desk e mi danno la chiave per un'altra camera, ma la chiave non apre, protesto e mi cambiano la chiave scusandosi. Posizione carina, affacciato su in porto turistico. albergo non a 4 stelle, piuttosto demodé e con particolari di usura evidente in particolare nel bagno”

“Lovely stay. We would’ve loved it even more if it wasn’t storming the days we stayed. We will return!”

“Very unique gorgeous building with a wonderful staff invested in its history. Luisa was so helpful with travel logistics, restaurant recommendations and things to see and do in Haarlem. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast delightful, bathroom luxurious, location perfect. We loved it!”

“Simply excellent. Great structure, really kind stuff. We will definitely go back”

“Very good place. Nice location when using public transport, close to the airport too. Good beds. And good price overall.”

“Alles was prima en goed geregeld”

“Fantastiskt rum med alla bekvämligheter. Mysigt trädgård. Utsökt frukost. Mycket trevliga, vänliga och tillmötesgående ägare. Rekommenderas varmt!”

“The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came...

“It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV. Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport.”
