“The Fortress is a simply magnificent Resort. This beach front Resort has all the facilities you can ever want for a relaxing and truly enjoyable experience. (pools, spa, gym, great restaurants and Bar, delicious and an array of foods just to name a few.)
The staff are amazing, very hospitable and always welcoming and friendly.
We travelled from Australia and stayed two nights in the Ocean room which was very spacious and clean with all the facilities you need.

“Had a great stay! Alot of staff available at all times(I hope you get more customers as soon as possible)! Good food and service! Two different pools, close to the beach(the staff even walked with us to find the entrance to the beach, and gave us towels from the hotel).

“Nos encantó como estaba mimetizado con el entorno. Estás en plena naturaleza, pero con todas las comodidades. A nivel de diseño, nos encantó la arquitectura y la decoración del complejo. Había variedad de platos y bebidas, todo buenísimo. Hay oferta de actividades muy interesantes. La comunicación con el personal es fácil y cómoda. Es el lugar ideal para relajarse. Nosotros fuimos con nuestro propio coche y el acceso es complicado por la estrechez de la carretera, pero no hubo ningún percance....

“This hotel is one of a kind, the staff is incredible, the views out of this world! The room was honestly my favourite of any place I’ve stayed in all my travels. Clearly next level design and architecture in a very subtle and tasteful way. The spa treatment was wonderful and the cooking class under the banyan tree was magical. I wish I had stayed longer and definitely will next time I am back. I can’t express how fantastic this hotel is thank you for making us feel like home ❤️”

“It's a fabulous place. Beautiful rooms and the pool is fantastic. Breakfast was lovely, a bit fiddly with the coffee machine but no complaints.
I was disappointed having arrived at 8.30pm that the 'all day dining' wasn't available. There wasn't any indication of the closing time on the website for evening meal. Had I known I would have eaten on the way. So perhaps make that clear on any booking in future. ”

Die Villa ist neu, sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer und große Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, etc. Sollte etwas fehlen oder benötigt werden, einfach sagen. Es wird unmittelbar gebracht bzw. besorgt. Genauso war es mit dem Frühstück...

“This hotel away from the tourist area. Bit difficult to reach because of narrow road. It was very quiet hotel , we are the only one during the stay of two nights. Food and kitchen facilities are inadequate. Not happy management ask extra for extra bed in a same room. Because I have three kids and did pay for three people while I was booking. ”

“Amazing hotel. Great staff, very boutique feeling with amazing decoration (balinese style). We stayed with our 3 children (9,7,2) in a family room, room 206, and the hotel felt perfect for kids. The pool has a shallow area, the beach area is safe and the hotel lended us some bodyboards for our older kids to play with in the sea. Note that the bedroom balcony doors do not close 100% by design so you will heqr the waves at all time (which we liked to go to sleep) but it may not be for everybody....

“Oppholdet var bra, men det var noen småting som gjorde det hele litt ubehagelig. Det er f.eks. ikke solskjerming/screens på rommene. Noe som gjør at sola kommer rett inn på rommet fra 05.00. Noe som er upraktisk med småbarn som våkner ekstra tidlig da. Og hotellet lå mellom bilvei og strand så støy fra veien var også litt plagsomt.
Med tanke på at det var et område med mye mygg, kunne de med fordel ha hatt noe mer fokus på dette. Ikke myggnett, spray eller andre forebyggende ting i...

“Struttura sicuramente bella, pulizia potrebbe essere meglio, le lenzuola sebbene pulite spesso presentano macchie, piccole manutenzioni trascurate, servizi veramente scarsi... unico hotel al mondo dove non è possibile chiamare o prenotare un taxi. Nota positiva il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Location wasn't great with a 20 min walk into Ahangama and no nearby restaurant or food shops.
I left one night early but no refund for the unused night from the hotel. Overall not a good experience.”

I booked the place for 2 nights. And when i arrived the hotel, they did not have any room left. They had already charge me for the stay!!!
So i ended up loosing my money and no place to stay.
