“I liked most things. The bed was one of the most comfortable on which I have slept. The bath was really nice, long and comfortable. The hot water was hot whenever I wanted it. “Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”

“Adored our stay here! The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and tons of dining options. The staff was lovely and accommodating and stored our luggage for us upon arrival and departure. Such a charming area to stay in and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lincoln.”

“We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. “This is a lovely hotel. Great situation opposite the castle, so at the top of the hill!
Continental breakfast of pastries, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese toast. Plenty to choose from.
We had a standard room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Large shower room. The plug sockets had been upgraded to include USB and phone charger sockets so you don’t need a plug.
Just a few minutes walk to the steep hill and then onto the shopping centre and round to the waterfront.
