“Good amenities, clean room, excellent overall”

“They have got an excellent restaurant for impressive dinner menu and an amazing variety of breakfast. Both the public and private bath in the room were amazing. Since we have stayed 2 nights at the hotel, we get to try different onsen there (they swap the female and male onsen area every night). The location is also very close to the metro station with a number of restaurants nearby. ”

“excellent service. we left 2 big lugguages a week before we check in and the staffs are very helpful to organize it for us. When we arrive, staffs took all of our luggages and has already put the 2 big lugguages in the room. everyone is so attentive and nice. Breakfast is great with both buffet and you can also order what you want. there is private onsen in the room. and the public onsen is really wonderful. I particuarlly like the onsen outdoor, it is not big, however, it is very unique...

“Ho scelto questo albergo per fare hotspring, ma al mio arrivo in camera ho notato che la stanza era un po’ datata, e sopratutto non corrispondeva alla foto di quando avevo prenotato. La colazione è basata solo per turisti orientali, ma 2 cose per noi europei le potete anche preparare. La cosa più grave che ha rovinato la mia breve permanenza è stato il fatto che ho trovato la federa del cuscino sporca di strisce nere, ma anche il lenzuolo aveva degli aloni. Di positivo il personale...

The staff, especially 張玉燕，provides extraordinary service. They are thoughtful and make me feel welcome. The hotel offers hot springs in the public pool and in the room. Very clean and nice.”

“Enjoyed our stay, although the weather did not co-operate. The staff was great, especially Ankor. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and made our stay very nice. Hot springs were good, but not hot enough for me. Good free shuttle to MRT station, close to shopping & restaurants. Schedule was very good for all the different times to use it, to go and return. Hard to walk as very hilly.”

“The main thing about this hotel is the views and the hot spring in room. Those were amazing and it is the main reason why you should go. The staff was very helpful and the room was decent. It is more expensive but the experience was good. Breakfast is decent and standard. Overall enjoyed the experience, perfect for a quick weekend getaway to relax with a private in room hot spring!”

“體驗滿意！房間很日式，床很彈很軟，比我家的床還要好。 有接駁私家車很方便，一call不到十分鐘就到達。 最滿意溫泉池，乾淨特式半户外，住得舒適。但要記得帶牙刷牙膏，現在台灣都嚮應環保，去兩間住宿都沒有提供。”
